Each time I come into a family’s home as they welcome their newborn, I am honored to be a part of this incredible journey that is parenthood. Each journey into parenthood, whether it’s the first or fourth time, is a precious and unique time. The postpartum experience is a miraculous time filled with joy, sleepless nights and so many unknowns. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to bring your family the calm, supportive care to enjoy this time together. I consider it a privilege to be with families at such a tender and momentous time in their lives.
I navigated caring for my own newborns largely alone as I brought each of them home from the hospital. After family help had left and the reality of caring for my newborn settled in, I realized how lost I was. With exhaustion setting in, the new challenges of breastfeeding, deciphering my newborns needs, and even accomplishing simple tasks, all felt overwhelming.
It wasn’t until years later that I came to understand it didn't have to be that way. As I helped friends and family members through the earliest days of motherhood, I realized this is what brought me joy; watching them come through those early weeks and begin to thrive. That’s when I discovered my passion had a profession, Postpartum Doula.

When you're ready, I'll send you a contract and invoice for a retainer for you to review.
